Excellent service from Shaan. I got my media wall done from here and I'm very happy with it. I had to change the installation date a few times because the room wasn't ready and Shaan was very patient with me. His customer service is next level and I highly recommend this place.

Amazing service from the guys at Inspirational fires. I have purchased 3 fireplaces from here now - 2 electric and 1 gas. The products have been of the highest quality and the service very informative when choosing the right fireplace and what will work best. Honest and proffesional experience from start to finish- definitely reccomend!

Was advised on this fire in the store, just wanted a nice fire that wld heat the front room up, and it does that very nicely. I would recommend coming here if you want a new fireplace.........phumbs up !!

Amazing customer service, lovely staff and brilliant after care! The customising service is awesome with no hassle and they deliver what they say. Had few issues with my order as I didn't know what chimney I had, staff noticed this on delivery and ordered me the correct fire without any trouble. Can't recommend enough!

I had my fireplace from inspiration they were very helpful explained in detail about my product & helped me choose my fireplace we choose a 3D effect fire place which makes it look bigger when it is on looks absolutely amazing I wd recommend inspiration to everyone to come here first friendly staff always here to help you choose I have a fire pit as well and went looking everywhere for bioenthanol fuel all the diy places you cd think off and there was none anywhere wanted to use my fire pit for my nephew birthday party last resort I phoned inspiration and he told me that they don’t have any to sell but they do have some for there fireplaces he told me to come in and with greatest of his heart he gave me 2 bottles of the bioenthanol fuel for me this person went out his way to give me this so very appreciated from me to do this thankyou very much inspiration for really helping me out I wd recommend everyone to come here first to look at there amazing fireplaces trust me you will not be disappointed

Great fast and friendly service. Ordered fire one day and received the product the very day. Very Knowledgable staff when it came to fires. Didn't feel pressured to buy and went through the products with us to get the right fire for us. Adnan was very professional!

Excellent service from guys at Inspirational Fires. We wasn’t sure exactly what fire we wanted, however we knew the style we wanted to go for. Sharn recommended a few fires from the brochures and showed us one he had on display in the showroom. It was exactly what we wanted and went with the same fire. Delivered on the date agreed and fitted by their installer Eddie the following week. Installation wasn’t as simple as I initially thought. Eddie had to brick up the opening a brick course either side. All done without any mess, perfect, thank you guys. Would defo recommend this company. 5* service, 10/10.

All staff here were extremely friendly and helpful every time I had any need to speak with them. Due to the Covid restrictions and me not organising a fitter swiftly, they had my fire in stock for around 8 months, but it was no trouble for them. They could not of been more pleasant. Would certainly recommend. !!

Had a problem with gas fire ignition. I phoned for an elderly relative, as it was so cold and although they were very busy, promised to visit as soon as possible. Came out within an hour and fixed it straight away. First class service and would highly recommend. Thank you.

Today I had a beautiful Chesney fire fitting. Wow what a great job. From showrooms advice to installation, it has to be five stars. During the removal and replacement of the flue liner it was identified that the initial installation by a leading fire place store in Sutton Coldfield/Four Oaks was in fact incorrectly fitted. (I had called out this company twice to look at the draught issue but was told several times there was no draught! Each time I was treated like I was a busy body disgruntled client.) Today Inspirational Fires identified that my pervious liner was installed completely incorrectly. Inspirational Fires identified the issue and resolved it in an hour. Two years of draughts fixed in a hour! Outstanding service and top class knowledge of the subject. Now the fire, a beautiful Chesney stove, was fitted with exceptional care, enormous detail with an air of perfection. Ed and Al were delightful to have in my house. The installed like pros and cleaned up like pros! I cannot recommend this company highly enough. They are upfront, honest, time efficient and fantastic value for money. Spend your money once, spend it right.

After visiting various fire shops, I'm so glad I found this one, as soon as you walk in, there are so many options and the showroom is done so nicely. All the staff were so helpful, took on board what I wanted and my budget, not pushy with their sales either. They kept me in the loop and had everything delivered on time. I also liked one of their display tiles and they also sourced those. Shaan was very helpful, he even helped my fitters design the unit for the fire. Would definitely recommend!! Very happy with my electric fire and the tiles. Thank you!

Once you walk into the showroom you straight away know you've made the right choice. We couldn't be happier with our gas fire. The Service as well as after care is second to none. Shaan you're an absolute star and have no hesitation in recommending yourselves to anyone. slight technical issue was resolved quickly and efficiently absolute pleasure to deal with. There was so many fires to choose from. We were shown the Gazco Rica 2 400 and went for that. All fitted now and we're really pleased with it. We had a few niggles at the beginning, which was nothing to do with the fire. One of the guys from Inspirational came out and went through everything with us. Just fantastic. Thank you.

Visited the shop intending to purchase as new fire due to fault on current Gazco for which we'd been quoted a repair price of over £600. Instead of just selling us a new fire, they recommended we had a visit from a specialist Gazco engineer. Following his visit, a replacement part and repair cost a third of the original quote and we didn't have the mess and disruption of having a new fire fitted. Excellent customer service and would highly recommend!
