Shipping policy

Parcel Delivery:

Our parcel couriers operate Monday through Friday from 8 am to 8 pm.

Pallet Delivery:

Delivery hours for heavy, palletised goods are from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. Once scheduled, the courier will coordinate a suitable delivery date with you.

Please note that insurance restrictions prevent our drivers from moving pallets up or down steps, across loose surface driveways, or into properties or up steep inclines. The driver is unable to remove items from the pallet or take the pallet away. They will move the pallet as far as physically possible, often limited to the kerbside. We strongly advise having suitable persons available to assist with moving heavy goods on the delivery day. Please consider potential factors such as parking restrictions, delivery vehicle size limits, and restricted external access, which may necessitate alternative delivery methods, sometimes incurring additional charges.

Please Note:
Delivery is complimentary for orders above £100 across mainland UK. However, deliveries to UK extremities, such as the highlands and islands, may incur a surcharge calculated at checkout. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Northern Ireland or internationally at this time.

Delivery Timeframes:
Most orders are dispatched from our Birmingham warehouse, while some items are delivered directly by the manufacturer. Generally, you can expect to receive your order within 7-10 working days. However, bespoke products and out-of-stock items may require longer delivery times. For specific delivery requirements, please email enquiries@inspirationalfires.co.uk to discuss them.
If you require us to hold the item before delivery, for instance, due to ongoing works at your home, please mention this in the customer comments section during checkout or call us BEFORE placing your order to explore available options.

Delivery Delays:

We use a third-party courier to deliver customer orders. Therefore we are not liable for any delays to your delivery. However, we will always do our best to resolve any issues for you.

Please note:
The carrier is relieved of its obligation to perform the contract in cases where performance is prevented by factors beyond their control, such as customer failure, fire, weather conditions, industrial disputes, or other causes deemed reasonable by the carrier.
